A perennial customer favorite, our lemon bars have a buttery, crumbly shortbread crust and a gooey lemon center topped off with a dusting of powdered sugar. Our customers love the lemon bars for their balance of sweet and tart flavors, as well as the intense lemon filling.

All of our products are freshly made in small batches at the Piedmont Food Processing Center, a commercial kitchen located in Hillsborough, NC. Our recipes are based on generational family recipes that have been adapted and updated using the finest pure ingredients.
