Seeded Sourdough Boule

Our seeded sourdough boule is a rustic, round loaf of bread made with simple ingredients in the tradition of European bakers. The boule is a soft and chewy bread with a crispy crust full of flax seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds and oatmeal.

 

Seeded Sourdough Boule Ingredients: wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, oatmeal, poppy seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds.

At Starfish Bakery, we live by our motto.

 

All of our products are freshly made in small batches at the Piedmont Food Processing Center, a commercial kitchen located in Hillsborough, NC. Our recipes are based on generational family recipes that have been adapted and updated using the finest pure ingredients.

    We will be delivering on Friday to local areas in Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Carrboro and Durham.  There is a $5 delivery fee.  If you put your order in by Wednesday at midnight, we will deliver them to you on Friday. Thank you for your support of Starfish Bakery and our Mission!
